What is Kombucha?

Kombucha has been around for nearly 2,000 years and was first brewed in Asia. The drink then became popular in Russia, the U.K and now United States.

Kombucha tea is a fermented drink made from:

- black tea - sugar - bacteria - & yeast

The bacteria in the drink (aka "SCOBY") is added to the mixture and left to ferment. In a controlled and supervised environment, the result is eventually a carbonated drink with a host of potential benefits. 

Kombucha can also be infused with different fruits and/or herbs for a variety of custom flavors!

As for the benefits of drinking it - some of these may include
