Tips to create a healthy snack board

There's never a bad time to whip out a healthy snack board! Here are 4 tips to help create your own

Tip 1:

Start with small ramikins on a board of your choise. Fill them with healthy, chewy items like dates or dried fruit.

Tip 2:

Next, use larger veggies like sweet peppers and kiwi. Lay them across from each other to create balance. 

Tip 3:

Continue filling the board with healthy cracker options like wheat thins or triscuits. This brings in some crunch and salty flavor. 

Tip 4:

Fill up the rest of the board with smaller fruit like berries, grapes or diced mango for easy picking.
